WARRANTY POLICY
All Sara Dean gear is covered for a One (1) year period from
the date of purchase. Warranty covers factory defects such
as defective seams, snap failure and/or zipper failure. Items
returned to Sara Dean for Warranty Consideration must be accompanied
by a copy of the Original Purchase Receipt. Sara Dean will
REPAIR zippers, snaps and most seam failures. Items will only
be replaced if it cannot be repaired.
Freight to Sara Dean will be the product owners responsibility,
return freight will be covered by Sara Dean.
Items typically NOT covered by warranty are any physical
changes to the physical appearance of the leather, or rips,
scratches, tears, cracks and wrinkles from abnormal wear and
tear. As well as failures or damage due to crashing, contact
with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes, cuts by sharp objects
and fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods.
Sara Dean Inc. shall not be liable for any damages or injury
to a person or property, which occurs while wearing a Sara
Dean garment.
If there is a question of whether the item is covered, please
be certain to contact customer service BEFORE sending the
product in for review.
